Dave patiently explained exactly what Advanced Restoration could do for us, he explained how my insurance policy works and he was even kind enough to assist me in reaching out to the insurance company. When Kevin and the other staff came to clean-up, they were appropriate and sensitive to our needs. Everyone truly went above and beyond to ensure we received excellent service. When my mother’s basement flooded I knew right away who I needed to call we used this company at my work.. So I decided to give them a call I knew we would be in good hands. From start to finish this process was easy simple and smooth. The team that they sent out was amazing it’s amazing they got the job done quick easy and helped my mother through the entire process. They did everything in their power to make sure everything was done correctly and that she was pleased with the process and outcome. Anything we needed they were right there for, very quick to answer any questions and make it and make it as less painful as possible. The team showed up next day and on time after a water issue due to January storm. Effectively inspected three apartments and a large garage for moisture, removed drywall and insulation only in effected areas and disposed of it. Installed commercial machines to dry and dehumidify. Just an amazing experience. Highly recommend.

We had an leak in our townhome and Dave responded quickly to evaluate and had a crew in the next day to start remediation. The crew was very personable and respectful and their work was very precise. They walked me through exactly what needed to be removed and why. The drywall, floor, and cabinets were removed with care to minimize repairs. Furniture was moved and covered well to avoid dust from the dry wall and floor removal. They cleaned everything up before leaving and were in contact with me every step of the way. Chris and Dave were quick with responses to my questions and was thorough with documentation for the insurance company. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.
