Any time I need work done in this line of business my first thought is “buckle up, temper your expectations, and try to be patient.” I say this because I have had awful experiences with contractors, restoration companies and the like. When choosing Advance Restoration group I knew immediately, this company was different. They responded right away. Came the next day. And were very upfront about what to expect. They finished a 2 day job in one day and when I got home from work I didn’t even know they were there. Extremely clean, professional and courteous. I’d give 100 stars if that was an option. Throughout the entire insurance process they were patient, informative and worked with me to ensure the insurers were keeping to their timetables.  Once the claim was settled my property was put back together in record time.  I’ve recommended to multiple people that they call ARG first for any renovations. read less

Dave and his crew did an awesome job helping my family when our sump pump failed and flooded the basement.  Dave patiently explained exactly what Advanced Restoration could do for us, he explained how my insurance policy works and he was even kind enough to assist me in reaching out to the insurance company.  When Kevin and the other staff came to clean-up, they were appropriate and sensitive to our needs.  Everyone truly went above and beyond to ensure we received excellent service.  Dave walked alongside me throughout the entire process and continued to check-in far past the date of service completion!  I cannot say enough good things about Dave and Advanced Restoration Group. So I decided to give them a call I knew we would be in good hands. From start to finish this process was easy simple and smooth. The team that they sent out was amazing it's amazing they got the job done quick easy and helped my mother through the entire process. They did everything in their power to make sure everything was done correctly and that she was pleased with the process and outcome. Anything we needed they were right there for, very quick to answer any questions and make it and make it as less painful as possible. I would recommend anyone using this service they are great and will get the job done. My mother still raves about the people that they sent to her house she absolutely loved them.. Effectively inspected three apartments and a large garage for moisture, removed drywall and insulation only in effected areas and disposed of it.   Installed commercial machines to dry and dehumidify.  Just an amazing experience.  Highly recommend. read less

They came quickly and are the reason much of our furniture wasn’t destroyed when our sump pump stopped working and water kept pouring in!
